Construction
Lased Engraving Stock signs are made of a 2 layer laminated plastic engraving stock. The thin surface/background layer is vaporized by the laser beam to expose the contrasting core/letter color. Materials used must be designed to be laser engraved.
Art & Design
In house layouts are much preferred (and usually cheaper!) but, if you have artwork you wish to reproduce, this is probably the best product to choose. In that case, if you begin a job by providing artwork you must provide new artwork with every subsequent order and a small art charge will apply each time.
Miscellany
Overall size is limited to 18” x 32”. No single design element larger than 17.5” x 31.5”
The highest quality product available in Lased Engraving Stock is made using the Rowmark Textures. They cost more, as they require multiple passes when engraved, but they are weather-able and highly scratch resistant.
We recommend cleaning only with a soft rag and a small amount of Windex.
